Today was the day we were scheduled to close on our Arizona house, but we received word from our realtor late last night that everything had already been finalized a whole day early! Hurray for being out from under a mortgage (on top of our rent), monthly HOA fees, double electric bills, and the headache of having our house on the market and being under contract.
