Last week we bought olive oil Italian bread with our basket, and decided to make french toast out of it on Sunday morning. I thought it sounded strange when Andrew suggested it (sweet french toast with olive oil bread??), but I went with it. I already had a copy of this recipe sitting around, so I decided to use it. OH MY GOSH...it was amazing. I promise it tasted MUCH better than it looks. I can't wait until they have this bread again. We used it all week as a side with dinner (made amazing garlic bread), and every time it was delicious.
