And for comparison to the cover of the book.

He wore it for his birthday on a Friday, again the next day for his first party with GranB, Pop Pop, and cousin Nick, and again a week later for another party with Mommy's side of the family and some friends too. And he's going to be wearing it a bunch more before he outgrows it!
A few weeks ago I decided to design a Halloween tee for Caleb. I pieced it together from different designs I saw online. I was actually pretty quick with getting the fabric cut, but it took me three weeks to finally get it sewn!
The next project was truly a collaboration between the client and myself. Hannah's mommy, Jess, contacted me to make some soft wall letters for above the crib in the nursery. Living in San Francisco, she wanted something that wouldn't hurt her little girl if it fell down in the event of an earthquake. We came up with the idea to applique the letters onto small pillow squares stuffed with fiberfill. The fabric matches Hannah's Pottery Barn Kids Anywhere Chair. Below are some photos of the letters in Hannah's room.

Next up are a 1st birthday tee and firetruck tee that I was for an order from my Facebook page. I went to HS with this little guy's mommy. His daddy is a fireman, hence the firetruck tee.
The day after Caleb's party, we attended a 1st birthday party for his new friend, Layla. I met her mommy at the park one of our first weeks here, and it has been great having a new friend in our new location. When we got invited to her birthday party, I quick whipped up this dress using a new pattern. I'm completely IN LOVE with this dress! I almost didn't want to give it away instead keeping it hanging on the wall in my living room so I could look at it all the time. I love the colors (I'm obsessed with this floral fabric), I love the buttons, and I just love the cut of this thing. If I thought it would look good on me, I'd make one in my size!
I added a store bought long sleeve onesie when I gave it as a gift since we're heading into the colder weather. I think it looks just as cute like this!
Finally, a few more orders from my Facebook page. This one was a large order including a Big Bro tee, a "100% natural" onesie for the lil bro-to-be, and a 2nd Birthday tee for William who loves strawberry and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Check out the little black "chocolate chip" beads...my favorite part.
Last, but not least is a 2nd birthday tee for C's best friend in Arizona, little E.
This little guy is getting a firetruck party, and his mommy, Cortney, ordered some party decorations from The TomKat Studio. She requested a matching shirt for the birthday boy to wear to the party. Below is a collage with the firetruck from the paper items by The TomKat Studio, and two photos of the tee I made.

Next up I'm making some wall letters for my niece (sneak peek below)...

...a tooth fairy pillow for my nephew, C's Halloween costume, name pennants to hang above C's bed and a bed skirt to match his new comforter from Aunt Dani and Uncle Matt, and some Christmas presents. As always, I can't wait to see the results.
