Veteran's Day

WAS WONDERFUL! This was my first day off since school started back in August. I hadn't realized just how stressed out I had been until I gave myself the entire day away from work. It seems like I've been spending every spare moment lately doing work, something that I had hoped I would never have to do again after grad school. So anyway, I made sure that yesterday was a free day for just me and C to spend together. In the morning we did a bit of Christmas shopping, then we had lunch with Daddy, GranB and Pop Pop, and in the evening we went to swimming lessons. C is doing great with swim lessons, but more on that later!
