How's This for a Gift?

Today (Monday) we got word that our requests post-house inspection were accepted by the seller.

Wednesday is my 30th birthday.

May 20th is our closing date on the house.

May 27th, one week later, is our 5th wedding anniversary.

Couldn't have planned things better if I had tried.
