"Throwing"

Obviously we are a family obsessed with baseball. So obviously we've been trying to work with Caleb on throwing balls. He loves balls, just not throwing them. So the other night I was trying to explain throwing again by throwing one of his ball pit balls against the closet doors in our house (bad example that I'm sure I'll regret later, I know). I gave C the ball to throw, and here is what happened...
